True Grounds

ABOUT US

Coffee that's
True to the Ground

In the quiet hills of Siddapur, Coorg, where the morning mist rolls low and the air hums with birdsong, lies Sampigekolli “B” Estate — the birthplace of True Grounds.

Here, coffee trees grow beneath a generous canopy of native Sampige (Champak) trees, soaking in filtered sunlight and forest breeze.

This land has been in our family for four generations. Every inch of soil holds a memory, every tree a story. We still walk the same paths our ancestors did, tending to the plants with the same care they once did — not out of habit, but out of love.

At True Grounds, we believe coffee should be more than just a beverage. It should carry a sense of place — the smell of rain on red soil, the echo of laughter from the workers’ quarters, the rhythm of life on a farm that grows not just crops but community.

Our beans are shade-grown, handpicked, and responsibly processed, certified by Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, 4C, and Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality™. But our true certification is the trust of the people who drink our coffee — and the people who grow it.

From our estate in Coorg to your cup, every batch of True Grounds coffee carries a promise: to stay authentic, sustainable, and deeply human. This isn’t just coffee — it’s a living conversation between land, people, and purpose.
