Refund & Returns

We pour our hearts into every roast, and we hope you love your coffee as much as we do. But if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns once a pack is opened. However, we do replace or refund orders if:

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The package arrives damaged

  • The coffee reaches you in unsatisfactory condition

If that happens, write to us at jacobroymk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos if applicable — it helps us help you faster.

Once verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
