Products & Descriptions

 We take great care to describe our products accurately, from bean to blend. But since coffee is an agricultural product, small variations in taste, aroma, or appearance are natural — just like the seasons that shape it.

Orders & Payment

 All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order. Once you place an order, we’ll send you an email confirmation, and your coffee will soon be on its way from our roastery in Kochi.

Shipping

 We usually ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and courier partners, but rest assured — your coffee will reach you as fresh as it left us.

 All text, images, and logos on this site belong to True Grounds. We ask that you respect the craft behind them, just as we respect the craft behind our coffee.

Liability

 We promise quality and transparency, but we can’t take responsibility for delays, courier errors, or external circumstances beyond our control. Our focus remains on making things right, one cup at a time.
